However, we recognise our responsibility to ensure that:

- the customer journey is fair and transparent
- customers are not misled or pressured
Customer Understanding
We aim to support customer understanding by:
- using plain and accessible language
- clearly explaining our role and the role of lenders
- ensuring key information is presented at the right time
Fair Value
We work with lenders and partners who are committed to delivering fair value.
We aim to ensure that:
- customers are aware of the costs and risks associated with finance
- commission arrangements are transparent
- customers are able to make informed choices
Supporting Customers
We recognise that different customers have different needs.
We aim to:
- support vulnerable customers appropriately
- provide additional assistance where required
- ensure customers have sufficient time and information to make decisions
Monitoring and Improvement
We regularly review:
- customer journeys
- communications and disclosures
- feedback and outcomes
to ensure we continue to meet our obligations under Consumer Duty.
